The Middlesex-London Health Unit's main office is located at 355 Wellington St., London, ON (inside Citi Plaza, Unit 110). Our main telephone number is 519-663-5317.

Our regular business hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Many evenings we are open for clinic appointments.

If you are contacting the Health Unit after hours regarding a public health emergency, such as an animal bite, food poisoning, a disease outbreak or natural disaster, please call 519-663-5317 (option 2) immediately.
 

Waiting Room
We ask that only the person requiring service enters the waiting room (special circumstances will be reviewed).

Face Masks
Face masks are recommended at Middlesex-London Health Unit’s clinics. If you need a mask, one will be provided to you.

We are a scent-free environment
Middlesex-London Health Unit offices and clinics are scent-free environments. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in keeping our spaces scent-free.

The Health Unit’s Sexual Health Clinics offer birth control options and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Immunization Clinic

The Health Unit's Immunization Clinic provides publicly funded immunizations to eligible individuals, according to the Ontario Ministry of Health recommended schedules. All vaccines are provided at booked appointments. There are no walk-in opportunities available.
