Starting in July, the Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) will be changing the frequency with which the online COVID-19 Dashboard is updated. Rather than the current seven-day-a-week schedule, the dashboard will be updated from Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays observed by the Health Unit.
When the reporting of COVID-19 cases resumes each Monday, the Health Unit will include a breakdown on its dashboard, by day, of the COVID-19 cases and deaths reported over the weekend. Data that comes in over the weekends will not be available until Monday. The Health Unit will not be able to respond to specific media inquiries regarding cases and deaths on the weekend, but will continue to provide urgent updates, when necessary.
The dashboard will not be updated on the MLHU website on Thursday, July 1st. Reporting will resume on Friday, July 2nd, and then again on Monday, July 5th.
