The Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) is advising that there will not be an update to its COVID-19 information dashboard on Monday, February 1st. Because of a scheduled provincewide service outage of the provincial case and contact management system (Salesforce) from Sunday, January 31st at 3:00 p.m. until Monday, February 1st at 8:30 a.m., Health Unit staff will be unable to enter or extract local case and contact management data until the platform is up and running on Monday morning.
Daily updating of the COVID-19 dashboard available on the Health Unit’s website will resume on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021. As part of the ongoing transition to the provincial Salesforce platform, some of the previously existing COVID-19 dashboard data fields may not be immediately available.
The MLHU transitioned its previous COVID-19 case and contact database to Salesforce, Ontario’s case and contact management tool, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. As Health Unit staff reconcile months of data and resume daily reporting, some data fields were missing from recent COVID-19 dashboard updates. Until Salesforce is fully implemented, work will continue to ensure that as many of the previously-populated data fields are available through the new system.
