The Middlesex-London Health Unit is hosting a smoking cessation workshop - Wednesday March 26, 2014 - in London from 5:30-8:30pm.

This workshop will provide participants with:
• Five weeks of free nicotine patches
• Educational material to help encourage participants to make other improvements to improve their overall health and well-being.
