London, ON – The Heat Alert issued by the Medical Officer of Health on Monday, June 18th has been terminated. The alert was lifted when the Ontario Ministry of the Environment lifted its smog advisory for the Middlesex-London area and the Environment Canada Forecast called for temperatures over the next several days to be below 30º Celsius.
The Middlesex-London Health Unit thanks all members of the Extreme Temperature Network and those agencies and facilities for their diligence in providing information and service during extreme temperature events.
