OMA President and Middlesex-London’s Medical Officer of Health to Discuss Vaccinations and Vaccine Hesitancy

OMA President Dr. Sohail Gandhi and the Middlesex-London Health Unit’s Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Chris Mackie, will speak about vaccination in the Middlesex-London region, vaccine hesitancy and the OMA’s public education campaign.

When:

Wednesday, October 16 at 1 pm

Banting House, 442 Adelaide Street North, London, Ontario

The World Health Organization calls vaccine hesitancy one of the top ten global health threats.

Dr. Gandhi and Dr. Mackie will discuss the importance of vaccinations, current vaccination rates in London and the OMA’s new campaign to target the spread of anti-vaccine myths online.
