The Middlesex-London Health Unit has moved to Citi Plaza! The Health Unit’s main office is now located at 355 Wellington St., London, ON (inside Citi Plaza) and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Clinic Services
As of Monday, March 30, clients will be required to call the Health Unit to:
- Schedule STI Clinic appointments
- Schedule Birth Control Clinic appointments
- Pick-up birth control
- Schedule Immunization Clinic appointments
Visitor Parking
The Health Unit’s visitor parking lot is above ground and located off Clarence St., close to York St.
