We’ve refreshed our Privacy Statement. The Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) collects, uses and discloses (shares) personal health information to:
- Provide health services;
- Plan, administer, and manage programs and services;
- Conduct quality improvement and research activities;
- Compile statistics to assess the health of our population;
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
- Fulfill other purposes permitted or required by law.
The information we collect about you is governed by one or more of the following three laws:
- Health Protection and Promotion Act
- Personal Health Information Protection Act
- Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
